I actually started my professional career as a mechanical engineer leading teams, managing projects, and designing equipment for use in the crazy world of refineries and processing plants. I eventually started buying rental property and the rest is history. Now I help others do the same thing.

Caleb had a buyer that was wanting to buy a house in the sub-division that we lived in. He sent out a mailer to everyone in the HOA to see if anyone was looking to move. My wife and I were planning on moving, but still needed some work done to the house before we would sell it. We reached out to Caleb to let him know that we were interested, but still needed some stuff done. I have several realtors in my friend/acquaintance circle. I happened upon a listing of Caleb’s, however. After meeting with him to see that house, he had me and my husband hooked! We had some pretty specific needs and a very tight budget to work with so we got to spend several months with Caleb as we searched for the right house for us.
